Canada came out gunning from the start, building a 30 point lead going into halftime.
In the second half, Chile settled down and was able to outscore Canada in the 3rd quarter, but in the end fell to a better Canadian side by a final score of 93-51.
Shona Thorburn led all Canadians with 15 points.
Miranda had a relatively quiet game; playing only 13 minutes and contributing 7 points in the process (including a nice reverse layup and a few sweet jumpers in the first half).
The team will now take on Venezuela tomorrow afternoon, tip off again at 4:15pm local time.
